Lavender- Reduces anxiety and improves mood. Common uses are in cooking, aromatherapy and bath products.

Chamomile- Contains Apigenin that binds to receptors in your brain that may decrease anxiety and initiate sleep. It also known to boost immune health and is considered by some to be a cure-all.

Cornflowers- High antioxidant content aids in detoxifying the liver and is good for improving digestion.
